Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing time.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of perfumes and fragrances, products are generally not eligible for return once delivered.
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong product.
The product is missing from your order.
Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs or an unboxing video, if requested.
Refunds or replacements are subject to verification.
