Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Pheromone, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we deal in perfumes and fragrance products, which are personal-use items, our cancellation, return, and refund policy is designed to ensure product authenticity, hygiene, and fairness.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, deodorants, and other fragrance products cannot be returned after delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal fragrance preference
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Opened or used products
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- a defective product,
- a leaking bottle,
- or an incorrect item,
please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our customer support.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing generally takes 5–7 business days, although the actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect product.
Replacement
Where applicable, approved replacement products will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to stock availability. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered:
- Opened perfume bottles
- Used fragrance products
- Products with tampered seals
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
