Shipping Policy

At Pheromone, we strive to deliver your favourite fragrances safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through https://pheromones.co.in.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During festive seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across most locations within India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping on selected products or orders that meet our promotional criteria.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your shipment tracking details, wherever available.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch, where applicable.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier-related issues.

Pheromone is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers; however, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery whenever possible or contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs to help us investigate the issue.
